Families in need of Assistance

Please fill out the FPP questionnaire online if you are in need of assistance. This will help our family advocates best asses your needs. Once you have completed the questionnaire, an advocate will respond to your inquiry.

Family Participation Program

The Family Participation Program (FPP) operates under Citizens for Prison Reform (CPR).  We provide family to family advocacy assistance to anyone who reaches out to CPR needing support.

We aspire to carry out CPR's mission to engage, educate, and empower families. Family advocates will help equip justice involved families with the tools they need to become strong advocates for their loved ones.

Our family advocates have lived experience with having an incarcerated loved one and are passionate about being allies to other families.
The basic premise of being helped by someone who has lived through (and survived) a similar experience is at the heart of this program.

The Family Participation Program aims to make an impact! FPP nurtures positive life outcomes by supporting families impacted by incarceration.
